位于伦敦西北部Colindale地区（伦敦四区），是由英国建商Redrow负责开发的一项高达10亿英镑的大型复兴工程。该项目占地48英亩，提供2,900套新住宅面向年轻的专业人士、投资者和家庭，并欲将这里建成伦敦新领域之一。
位于伦敦四区的Barnet。Barnet在第一次世界大战期间便以飞行员训练和飞机工程闻名，有着丰富的航空历史。同时，这里也有伦敦亚洲美食广场BangBang Oriental的所在地。
预计到2025年底，将建造10,000多套新房，同时创造2,000多个新的就业机会，吸引对该地区的进一步投资。Colindale也正因此而迅速成为北伦敦很受欢迎的生活和社交目的地之一。
所有住宅均设有阳台、露台或后花园。与楼盘同名的花园，有户外健身房、游乐园和果园。楼盘项目的中心地区还建有面积达四英亩的绿色园。
