项目坐落在伦敦西区，牛津街101号，楼下即是Tottenham Court Road地铁站。大厦建成于1966年，高117米，楼高34层，在当时是英国知名摩天大楼。Centre Point大胆的几何设计和蜂窝状外墙，显示出那个时代的伦敦创造能力。高耸入云的Centre Point一直就是伦敦西区的一个重要建筑。
建筑设计是这个项目很出彩的部分，项目经历了数十年后，Centre Point被伦敦开发商Almacantar收购，并委托Conran & Partners对这座高层建筑进行修复、更新和改造。自此，Centre Point迎来了新生，成为了一座引人注目的现代化住宅。
项目位置得天独厚，占据牛津街与查令路的交叉要道，这里是伦敦热闹的中心城区，交通四通八达，历史文化氛围浓郁，是不可多得的地段。项目紧邻Tottenham Court Road站，这里除了是Crossrail的站点以外，还是地铁线Central Line和Northern Line的交汇处，更有多条公交线路在此经过。
项目附近是伦敦西区购物地区，云集超过300家的世界大型商场，就能在公寓里远眺白金汉宫、伦敦眼、考文特花园(Covent Garden)、梅菲尔(Mayfair)、Soho区等伦敦知名的景观和街区。项目所在地区还有伦敦的文化艺术中心，大英博物馆、国家美术馆、大本钟、安东尼雷诺兹画廊、艺术空间画廊等等知名文化地标均在步行范围之内。
项目已被列为二级建筑，建筑师一直是按照原始设计的精神进行工作。例如，在混凝土框架经过精心修复的同时，釉面封套已被完全更换，并且按照原始样式进行了装饰，符合现代的热学和声学标准。此外，随着该项目从车辆转向优先考虑人员，建筑物与地面的接触方式已发生根本变化。封闭了汽车坡道，形成了新的底楼，外部楼梯已经修复并重新定位，以与街道建立更舒适的关系，而不会失去建筑原本的魅力。
在二楼，Conran＆Partners设计了一个引人注目的30m游泳池和健身房，上方是居民俱乐部。然后，该建筑利用约30x16m的楼板来创造具有充足日光的公寓，并从第十层开始向上欣赏伦敦壮观的不间断全景。
居民拥有专享的酒店设施和待遇。有一个公共会议室/饭厅，休息室和放映室，供居民及其客人使用。
每间公寓室内的设计都煞费苦心，在保留建筑历史风采的同时融合了现代化的尖端技术，整个居住空间都充斥着自然光，视野通透。
项目出发, 到达伦敦各高校十分的便利,很多知名学府步行便可到达, 住在这里可谓是典型的学区房，伦敦大学学院-，伦敦艺术学院，威斯敏斯特大学，伦敦商学院-，伦敦政经LSE-，伦敦大学国王学院
项目地段交通自然是四通八达，出门就是地铁站 Tottenham Court Road Station, 周边还有 Oxford Circus; Covent Garden 地铁站，一站到达Bond Street
两站到达帕丁顿火车站，利物浦街。跨城铁路Crossrail伊丽莎白号线通车后，新站Tottenham Court Road就在项目旁边，进一步缩短了项目通勤时间，为住户提供更加便利无阻的生活。
